I have been beating my head to this Imate sp2003 for three days and have got the issue narrowed down to ActiveSync on exchaneg 2003 is not working properly. Every time I try using activesync I get a http_403 error.

My owa works fine, Oma works fine when I access it using IE6.0. My mail box has all the rights to sync. I am the Admin to the server. I have no idea how to mess with the settings in IIS. Is there a way to get activesync back to its default settings.

Go into activesync without any devices connected, go to the file menu and choose Delete Partnership and delete your device.

You can then set it all up from scratch again when you re-attach your device,
