Backup E200 "Storage"?

Just got my E200. Previously had an E100... is there a way to backup the IPSM/Storage the same way on the E200?

On the E100 you booted the phone holding down Record, held down action before bootloader, chose Save IPSM.

Asking before trying, don't want to ruin my precious phone :D
