Media Player Just Refuses To Keep Playing :S

When i play songs in the media player on my SPV E200 Smartphone for some reason after a while the screen goes black as if it is a screensaver and the music stops playing. When i press a button it then returns to the media player screen. How do i fix this so i can play the first song in the playlist and then it will play right through to the end without stopping.

In WMP Menu>Settings

Is Background Play selected? You can return to your homescreen and lock your keys without halting the music if it is :D
