Stuck on Orange Sunset Screen

hey guys, great site by the way.

Anyway, today i turned my phone off due to me being in a metting, but when i tried to turn it back on again it gets stuck on the orange sunset screen and doesnt move from there at all. Ive tried to do a hard reset but when i hold the action key when the 'press anykey to enter bootloader'

it goes to a multi colord screen with three different colours red green and blue, and in each colour it says Canary MV v1.10 and at the bottom it says serial, and i cant do anythin from here, ive tried to hold the action button for ages an nothin happens...help me please! if i could do a hard reset then i might be able to get it workin again.

Clicking on the words Hard Rest will give you instructions

on how to do it :D

Make sure you have a storage card in the phone then when you see the Press Any Key press and hold the action button,

when the screen goes white release the action button and you will be in the Boot Loader Menu.

If you see the canary screen you have gone to far and need to start again.

i havnt got a storage card, i want to resest the IPSM one thats built in. Ive tried to hard reset but when i press anykey it goes straight to the canary screen. not matter what i do ive tried just pressing the action button, can u confirm that the action button is the one above the answering calls button the one with the green telephone on it, if not then i suck an im wrong lol thanks

ok it looks like i do suck lol, i just read the Hard Reset manual thingy and it says the middle button is the action but i do that and the screen stays white and nothing happens, is it because i have no memory card in?

Yes as I said above you must have a storage card in the phone when you do a Hard Reset
