Active Sync -- Microsoft Outlook Cant synchronize error!HELP

i try to synchronize my phone through usb and i just got the phone today, but its giving me an error message!

" Synchronization cannot be completed calendar, contacts, or tasks folder Cannot be located in your microsoft outlook profile.

Close outlook, start it again, and try to synchronize"

helppp! i dont know what the hell is going on anymore!!!!

With the phone disconnected from the pc try deleting the partnership.

I have the same problem, outlook express V6, SPV c500.....

Welcome to the site :)

You need to use Outlook and not Outlook Express as it is not compatable with Activsync.

Have a look on the CD that came with the MPX200 as there is a copy of Outlook there.
