Can I sell the phone that o2 give me?

Hi,

I am thinking of going onto o2 contract shortly. If I do this, they will give me a free phone which I would then like to sell as I will continue to use the phone I currently have. Will the phone o2 give me work with any o2 sim, or will it only work with the o2 sim that comes with the phone? Also, is the phone technically mine to sell then, or does it only belong to me after I have had the 12 months of my contract?

yeah you can sell it - but if you have any probs they wont support your non O2 phone...
