Guest chrisc28 Posted July 11, 2004 Report Posted July 11, 2004 In Settings menu, click on the Beam option. Make sure that the box option stating "Receive incoming beams" is checked.
Guest pd.ryder Posted July 11, 2004 Report Posted July 11, 2004 I can't even send files let alone receive them. I remember there being more options on the BT menu after "upgrading" the Orange rom but that left so many other issues with the phone I made Orange replace the E200 and never upgraded that one's rom. I thought send / receive was only available through a third party app??
Guest chrisc28 Posted July 12, 2004 Report Posted July 12, 2004 Yes, you need third party programs like the Smart Explorer or the IA Style File Manager, which comes pre-installed in iMate Smartphone2 and XPhone to be able to send files via IR or Bluetooth. You can send contacts without any of these though.
