Guest ultimasnake Posted July 11, 2004 Report Posted July 11, 2004 I am wondering what people pay for there GPRS connection.. and that is like how much euro, dollar, whatever you pay per 2mb or something. I think that some providers ask to much for it (even orange in diffrent countrys). Here in holland it's just toooo expensive to even enjoy it... Here are the stats for now: Netherlands Orange: 5 euro 2 MB Sweden Comviq: 2,80 euro 2 MB
Guest nedge2k Posted July 11, 2004 Report Posted July 11, 2004 On orange payand go in the uk its about £3 per meg and on contract its about £2 per meg outside of your bundle. If you dont have a bundle its sumthing stupid like £10 per meg!

Guest robt Posted July 11, 2004 Report Posted July 11, 2004 I am embarrased to say that I am paying £7.50 per 1 mb per month on Vodafone UK. Didnt realise just how much I was being ripped off! Anyone got a better deal from Vodafone? Im on the 100 mins any network @£15 tariff.
Guest DarkMain Posted July 11, 2004 Report Posted July 11, 2004 In New Zealand Im paying $5 for 3 Meg a month on my contract + 6c per 10kB for any data I use over my 3 Meg. Interestingly enough, you can have a good MSN conversation (30kB = 18c) for the cost of sending 1 txt (20c). Strange how that works out to be cheaper.
Guest Monolithix [MVP] Posted July 11, 2004 Report Posted July 11, 2004 Ever noticed how deep into the menu system MSN is compared to the inbox/new message? :D
Guest blackhorse Posted July 11, 2004 Report Posted July 11, 2004 Last bill was £4.50 for £18 meg! :D Although i know the system is currently billing incorectly should be sorted soon i dont hope! Normally should be £1 a meg
