Chinese Character selection need help.

Dear all,

Before installing things i could start up to look for chinese characters by pressing "#_" button for 2seconds....after installing the programs the only thing that happens now are the symbol character set is popping up. ANyone how i can solve the problem? If not, how can i just activate the "red square with a stripe" button again/or just start it up.

I have tried to change the ""locale" setting...doesnt work.

i assume u are tlking about the cstar program for mio 8380?

if that's it then u can reinstall it from the mio 8380 cd that came with the phone..

i have figured out myself: there is a .lnk file that activates that shortcut in the startup menu
