Disappearing Install Screen

Hi

I've only just started to have this problem. When I try and install a prog using active sync, when I have to confirm on the phone, the screen starts to come up, but then goes before loading so I can't do anything!

Anyone else had this or know a way to fix it?

Sounds like you do not have enough Physical memory free.

Check your IPSM as well to see if you are running out of space.

Binary's Task Manager is good for showing memory usage and freeing up memory.

Also try rebooting your phone before an installation.
