Guest rpb Posted July 12, 2004 Report Posted July 12, 2004 These look pretty good - see www.bluetake.com My question is will they work with a C500 (or any other bluetooth smartphone) using the mobile media player. I am pretty sure they will work OK for calls but it would be good if they would also work for playing WMAs, MP3s etc without the "dongle" thingy. Has anyone tried using media player over bluetooth ?
Guest James Posted July 12, 2004 Report Posted July 12, 2004 Yes, and it does not work at present....
Guest pd.ryder Posted July 12, 2004 Report Posted July 12, 2004 Bugger! That's that idea out the window then! How about oldy-worldy plug in decent in-ear-buds with a 2.5 jack that work. Ever seen any? Suppled phones with E200 are too big for my mini lug-holes - I have to push 'em in all the time just to get a trace of bass. I'd gladly sacrifice the mic to get a better sound quality.
Guest rpb Posted July 13, 2004 Report Posted July 13, 2004 Does anyone know why Media Player does not work with Bluetooth ?
Guest LittleGreyCat Posted February 18, 2005 Report Posted February 18, 2005 Does anyone know why Media Player does not work with Bluetooth ? <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Just joined and browsing when I found this. What Bluetooth devices are supported on the phone? ISTR that headset and audio gateway have different capabilities.
Guest rpb Posted February 18, 2005 Report Posted February 18, 2005 If you browse a bit more you will find some people who claim these headphones do work. Tigernet reported that he had got them working and someone else gave detailed instructions - something to do with voicetags (?)
