Hi there :D

I have a problem with my Orange E200 where when WMP finishes the songs early :?, it doesn't play all the way to the end :x

I tried Betaplayer, it seems to be fine :?

Anyone had this problem before?

Annoying

Yes I am getting it all the time on my e200, sometimes it will finish all the way through and other times it won't. I am playing whole albums in one mp3 rather than just single songs. But it also happens in betaplayer, it's not a memory problem as far as I know.

I noticed a three minute song finishing one minute in today, very odd!

If you are playing them from the storage card then it could be linked to the SD card 'forgetting' issue. This has happened to me quite alot, and if I re-insert the card, sometimes it'll fix it, sometimes it wont.

True although i'd have thought it would stop playing everything in this case, not skip to the next track?

I have had this problem before with regular WMP for PC and it turned out to be that i had got crossfade on and if i was playing a song which used all my audio channels the thing errored and either repeated the end twice or cut it off. i dont have a E200 so i dont know if this is an option but if it is, try turning it off.

Sometimes to WMP just shuts down, sometimes it skips, sometimes it skips to the next track, but it does one of the above without a fail within 1/2 hour period (my ride home). It only started happening after the new i-mate smartphone 2 update.

I have i-mate smartphone 2 and a 64MB MMC card.

I've had a problem where the music kept stuttering and WMP said it was buffering, yet it took so long, just had to close it :x

Buffering? Were you accessing local content or web content?
