How to install home screens on WM2003

I'm on T-Mobile using WM2003 and I have no idea how to put a homescreen on my phone. I was told to put the skin files to storage/application manager/home and I did. However, I was not able to view the files. Moreover, am I supposed to change the file extensions at all after I unrar them? I have downloaded the BMW M3 skin and I moved all the files to the home subfolder but nothing happens when I go to settings/home screen/home screen layout.. Can someone please assist me?

the file you have downloaded is a cab file. you dont need to unar it. just place the cab file on your storge card then use a file explorer on your phone and select it. it will then atomatically install to your phone.
