why wont videos made on E200 play on PC?

I've tried making videos on the E200 using the built in camera. They play fine on the phone but do not work on the PC. Do I need a specific codec, or is this just one of those things that they do on purpose???

My E200 vids work fine on my computer. You must not have the right codec on your computer to play them.
