I have hard reset my phone and re-loaded everything. I have removed and re-loaded active sync to both versions 3.6 and 3.7.1 I have tried re-naming the device after doing the above. I have tried archiving past appointments. I have deleted partnerships. No change. The whole point of getting the smart phone for me was to sync my appointments and contacts. This I now cannot do. can some one please help or offer any suggestions. It's really starting to get to me. :x  :? Alex.
Guest kyrkesmith Posted July 25, 2004 Report Posted July 25, 2004 Hmm... What have you set it to sync? It looks like it's trying to sync your favourites, which seems to be causing the problem. Also, are you running Outlook whilst your syncing? It shouldn't make a difference, but you never know. How's the phone connected, throught USB? You tried changing ports, or using Infrared or something?
