My SAP got phone lock.

I forgot the password of my Smartphone, now I can't use it coz it's locked. Can somebody help me on this? Is there a way I can reset or remove the password by doing a little tweaking on the phone just so I can use my phone again? I really need my phone. By the way, my phone is a "Smart Amazing Phone". Thanks in advance.
