Help with a Simple display skin Please

Hi, i can't code to save my life, but can design no prob. What i like to do with my phone is display full size pictures, the only theme that does this is the standard one - Simple.

What i need someone to do, if possible, is make a simple screen, where on the bottom it has time & date, just sms count, and the last 4 programs used (i've seen this done before in a small size)

This when then leave the carrier at the top right, and the rest of the screen empty to put on any background i wish :D

I've also kinda answered my own question, i've found this, and its very good, just what i want, exept, i need this:-

----incorperating into it, so everything sits across the bottom.

BUT, FOR THE LIFE OF ME, CAN'T WORK OUT HOW, BECAUSE EVERYTIME I ADD IT IN, IT SEEMS TO MAKE MY SCREEN INTO 2 PAGES THAT SCROLL?!?!?! Help please :P

If you want to add in another plugin with height of 30, then reduce the space taken up by the message count plugin by reducing that height to 130. Total heights should not exceed the size of the screen.

If any one's interested here it is, you can use any background you want, i just made the scarlet spidey 1 standard.
