The java app, on the mio, is enough to run any gerneric data games, coz i tried a nokia java game, and well dint work... so i am thinking that only gerneric java games/apps will work..

On the 8390, everything I had for my old SonyEricsson T610 has worked fine on the Mitac, if that's any help. It's a toss-up whether or not it'll fill the screen, some do and some don't, but they all run and they run a LOT faster. Nokia has it's own classes and any applet that references them will not run on the Mitac or anything else except a Nokia. As far as where to put them, I never bothered with a jad file but I put the jar file in the Storage folder and then use the file manager to "click" on it which causes the java app to import it. If the jar file is still there after that process is done, I delete it. The class and related files are placed in subdirectories to the java app itself, the jar file you put on the phone isn't actually used.
