help with xbar

can never get it to work. can some1 give me a step by step

X-Bar 1.0 on SP2002:

1. Create New folder in IPSMProgram Files ...name it X-Bar

2. The following files should be inside X-Bar folder:

Copy.exe

PASTE.exe

xbar.exe

4.lnk

5.lnk

6.lnk

3. Create a shortcut to xbar.exe then transfer the .lnk inside IPSMWindowsStartup

4. Reboot phone...launch X-Bar via the record button.

still cant get it towork all i have is 1 cab file for xbar 2 insatll it reboot nothing just voive record comes up!

Make sure you have a shortcut in Storage Windows Start Up.

Using Smart Explorer, or equivalent, browse to the .exe on your phone and click on it to run. Xbar should load and you should get the time in digital format at the top of the screen in the Programs menu when xbar is running.

For some reason it took me a few goes of doing this before Xbar loaded itself on a restart.

If you've installed xbar2 you use the action key to launch it not the sound recorder as in xbar1
