Can´t Rom upgrade, Please help

Hi

One month ago I bought an used SPV E200. Today I wanted to Rom update my phone with Orange Rom

(dk_e200_v2643.exe) but I get an error message, see encl (picture)

I have tried to install both from normal Startup and from Canary Mode. I also have tried a Hard Reset. When the phone starts I have a Qtek background/picture.

In set-up under about it says:

Operator: 1.7.10.4

Manufacturer: 1.11.10.0

Microsoft: 4.20.13349.0

Language: 1.11.10.0

File System: 4.20.13349.0

What must I do to install a new Rom version?

It could be possible that you can only install Orange Roms

I have not tested the E200 but with the E100 playing with the

later updates are not always straight forward and required

downgrading first.
