I mate smartphone the one like SPV E100 Bootloader problem

I have some problems with the O/s so I decided to upgrade it from ClubImate any way b4 that I tried to get into the BOOTLOADER , it says card found > I pressed the rocker bottom it shows me here press any key to enter the bootloader after that the screen just goes white,but the O/s operates and the phone can dial and receive any ideas plz help me..
