If I upgrade to WM2003, can I run .NET apps ?

Yes, there is it designed for, it has the .NET compact framework. If you 0wn Visual Studio 2005 (in a month, I get it from school) you can make you own apps.

Since I got pissed of by pigeons in the morning, I want to develop an application to scare them off, with an loud sound :P Useless though but it's all possible!
