Guest kiddybaggie Posted July 19, 2004 Report Posted July 19, 2004 Tried pulling it out a little as previously suggested, worked a bit better for a bit but now very rarely wants to go down at all  Its a pretty useless phone without it! Is it a call to Onestopphoneshop insurance people to sort or is there anything I can do????
Guest Vector Posted July 20, 2004 Report Posted July 20, 2004 This seems to be a hardware problem, you could try a hard reset, but if it is still dodgy, i would advise you to getting the handset replaced as it is obviously faulty...
Guest Disco Stu Posted July 20, 2004 Report Posted July 20, 2004 I had the same problem. Orange replaced it within 24 hours, no quibble.
Guest kiddybaggie Posted July 22, 2004 Report Posted July 22, 2004 Would get it replaced immediately with orange care, problem is I've got that dodgy Onestopphoneshop insurance which means I'd have to be without a phone while it was repaired/replaced.
