Reset to default from ATT?

So I'm doing a warranty exchange with ATT on my MPX200 and I was wondering if there was a way to wipe all my information? Contacts, IM settings, Inbox, etc... It's not that I don't trust the techs.... :P

1st I'd do a backup using Sprite Backup (they do have a 10 day demo) to save all your settings, programs, etc. you may have installed and then just do a hard reset, which is holding down the blue action button while turning on power, and then hit "yes."........sets it back to original settings. Then when you get your new phone, use Sprite Backup to restore those settings.

Ok, so I've transferred all my stuff to the new phone and guess what!??! It doesn't charge! Thank you ATT & Motorola for the refurbished and broken phone. :x
