How do you specify which Contacts folder gets synced

I'm using Outlook at work to syncronise my personal contacts with my SPV. The trouble is that Activesync seems to automatically choose to sync the contacts folder in the Exchange Server, without giving me the choice to sync with a different contacts folder in one of my PST files.

Is there a workaround for this? I don't really want to have all my personal contacts on my work exchange server - so need to sync with a contacts in a personal PST file instead.

Any help appreciated.
