T-Mobile (USA) MMS settings for Qtek8080

Does anyone have MMS working with tmobile USA with E200/Qtek 8080? I have GPRS working fine, SMS, and everything else working great, but can not get MMS to send. My message just sits in the Outbox. I had MMS working on my previous original SPV phone (on tmobile), but the settings on Smartphone 2003 are just different enough where I just can get this to work. Anyone have any help for me? Thanks!
