does somebody know what time stamped means?

i guess it means what it says :P

it depends where your coming from, it could be file time stamping (including digital signatures), time event triggering or artifact time stamping for refference.

My problem is,

I have programed a few games.

I could start them without decertification,

but now it always tells me, no known sign.

I thougth maybe it is because of the time stamp.

try creating a new provision on your device via

sp2002dps.exe /create /device
