SPV stuck in silent mode

Anyone had this problem?

If I change the profile to normal the silent icon still appears along the top of phone (speaker with x).

Yeah, this happend with me once, it was the Normal profile in (IPSMApplication DataProfileNormal.prof.xml) that had become corrupted, so I deleted it (the default is located in the Windows folder)
