Talk with your friend(s) by SMS in the chat style. Message by message in one list.

This is cross-platform application, works in any XDA, Pocket PC Phone Edition or Windows Smartphone devices. Even you can talk to any cellular phones. It allows you to exchange SMS messages. Messages are not saved into Inbox and Sent folders. Plus: quick pre-defined text, emoticons, pop-up, sound, time.

I downloaded EXSMS and installed it on my Verizon Samsung I600 with Smartphone 2003. It says that it was installed successfully but when I try to run it I get the following error:

Can not find EXSMS or one of it's component. Anyone got any suggestions on what is wrong?

Posted

probably the shortcut is wrong. try to find the exsms.exe and do your own shortcut in start menu or anywhere you want.

hey what does this mean?

Trial Version allows you to send only 3 messages. No other limits.

does that mean you can only send three messages? then after that.... what will happen? will this application still be usefull after making three messages?

Posted

just you cannot send more then 3 messages by the trial version. you receive all next messages (no limits) but you cannot send away.

then

you have to close the application and re-open and you still can send next/another 3 messages but you lost the previous thread.

ah ok. but still you'll have to do lots of work on that version.

how can i save the messages anyways?

what the..... after installing the application EXSMS....

there was a message displayed in my phone:

"menu bar failed"

then my phone HANGED! i dont get it. what happened?

Posted

you can save a whole thread of messages by the menu: Save. it saves as ordinary text file then you can read any time. or copy to desktop pc. or use in any way.

re: "menu bar failed"

stange, it means your device cannot create menubar in the default way.

what's your device? what's operating system version?

I designed this application at least smartphone 2002 or windows mobile 2003. have you a free space of memory?

I can't get this to work at all. :P

I see different version numbers all over the place. What version is this at right now?

Where should I install it? To the "Phone" or can I install to the SD memory card I have on my phone?

I have a Samsung i600 with WM 2003 upgrade on it.

Thanks for any help.

you can install wherever you want. this is only one exe file you can keep anywhere. then create a shortcut if you need.

please remember: you should close all other programs works with sms service before you run my program. in particular hardware you should use any task manager to be sure you closed.
