Guest jretzepi Posted July 22, 2004 Report Posted July 22, 2004 I have a Motorola MPx200. I try to use it as a modem in order to connect through my notebook to my ISP via GPRS. Through Model Link I make it active and I connect it to the USB port of the notebook. I get the window that A new USB device was detected and it acknowledges that it is a Smartphone 2002 USB device without giving me any options to choose the driver's location. When I go to the Modems in the Control Panel, it is listed there under Motorola 2002 Smartphone USB modem but when I click on properties I get the following message: The modem properties cannot be displayed because the modem information is corrupt. Remove this modem by clicking Remove and add it again. I do it again but I get the same problems. Please advise asap what I should do because I am leaving for vacation and need to use. I have a notebook with Windows ME.
