Smartphone qtek 7070 rom update

I have this smartphone, and my rom I have downloaded from qtek site, but I want a rom whith a portuguese language. I tried Imate roms, but it wont install, gives a error!! please help me whith this!! I neeed portuguese In my phone!! How can I put Imate rom in the smartphone or others??
