Guest shyne Posted July 26, 2004 Report Posted July 26, 2004 can some1 please show me how to sync my contacts/email. when i try it, it says on my phone, Mobile Information Server Errors: 7/26/04 4:55PM PC Last: 7/26/04 4:55PM and on my pc it says Connected Synchronized Contacts See Status On Device Inbox See Status On Device can someone plz show me wut to do to properly sychronize?? thanks in advance!

Guest Jiff Lemon Posted July 30, 2004 Report Posted July 30, 2004 Check activesync on the phone - Is it showing any errors? Hit the bluebutton on the phone to see the error. You could also try using the latest version of active sync (v3.7.1).
