Hard Reset Problems : RUU Recov

Hi Folks - Sorry - I posted this in the E200 area but got no bites .. so I thought I'd try here ...

My phone (E200 SPV) did a spontaneous factory reset yesterday (From the great info on this site - I figure there was a problem with a rogue homescreen).

The problem is when I try to do a Hard Reset - instead of getting 'Erase IPSM data' next to No. 8 - I get "RUU RECOV"

Can anyone explain this (very little info found through searching) - and tell me everything is going to be ok .... please .. !!??

Mate the easiest way to Hard Reset the E200 is to use the Clear Storage option under the Accessories menu. But to answer your question the RUU RECOV seems to just have the same effect as Hard Reset.
