Guest awarner [MVP] Posted July 27, 2004 Report Posted July 27, 2004 Sounds like your registry has become corrupt. Windows has a self repair facility where it will attempt to repair it's self if it find errors. What happens now is the phone has done a partial reset so the next thing to do is a proper Hard Reset to clean the phone properly.
Guest shadowcaster Posted July 27, 2004 Report Posted July 27, 2004 Thank's a lot for the reply, so my problem isn't hardware problem? Why I haven't it when my smartphone is WM2002? Thanks
Guest awarner [MVP] Posted July 27, 2004 Report Posted July 27, 2004 This is a known occurance on 2002 but more common on the SPVE100 This is normally caused by users installing dodgy xml files ie homescreens or making alterations in the registry.
Guest shadowcaster Posted July 27, 2004 Report Posted July 27, 2004 You hi the target!! I installed MSN home screen, and it changed the startup screen. Is this the problem?
