MPX200 - office 2003 contacts corrupt file

I have upgraded my laptop to office 2003, i sync my contacts together and now when i boot the phone it errors and will not let me access the contacts or dial out the screen when you dial is blank and the phone will not dial out however it will accept incoming, it will not sync with pc now either, can anyone tell me how to reset to default and re load phone software, ?????????

i cant sync the phone so is there a hard reset button

May be worth reinstalling Activsync 3.7.1 (lastest version)

otherwise try to delete the partnership and create a new one.
