Home Screen problems help!!

After i flashed smartphone 2003 on my att phone it changed the homescreen. Can someone give me a step by step as to how to change the home screen back to the way it was. The stock homescreen seemed much more convenient to me.

I would assume that the stock homescreens are stored in the Windows folder and are therefore part of the operator ROM.

You change the ROM, you change the stock homescreens.
