ScreenChanger2 does not work with WM2003 or is it only me?

Greetings my fellow smartphone fanatics. I'm starting to understand the full potential of my MPX200 and all I can say is that I am very grateful that someone invented this phone. I'm waiting for the MPX220 now and my wife is convincing me to give up my MPX200 and give it to her. Oh yeah, i forgot I'm not writing a tribute to my phone. Nways, here lies the problem. I used to change my startup and shutdown pics using SCRNCHNGR2 which I downloaded in coolsmartphone. It was working perfectly when I was using the WM2002 but when I upgraded my ROM to WM2003, it didn't do s*&t. Has anybody had this problem and if you did and solved it, this would be a good post for people having this same problem. Thank you in advance. MODACO rules!!
