Going to upgrade to WM2003 - HOW DO I SAVE MY SMS INBOX?

Does anyone know what files to take off to save for the SMS INBOX and SMS SENT MAIL? I did something in the past and lost all of my messages and don't want to do it again. (any way to get those back?)

Try a program called sprite backup. It'll save all your ringtones, configurations, etc.

Anyone have any problem with restoring with sprite after the upgrade. I got my version after I switched.
