RJShortcut - great but puzzling problem

I'm using RJShortcuts with great affect, but I have one problem with the color schemes not working properly. I am no expert, so it maybe that I've got some conflict somewhere.

This should have my softkey buttons in a dark grey/blue (#293E75). Everything works fine, but the soft key buttons are still in the grey that is standard with the "black" color scheme.

Can anybody shed any light on how to override the color scheme.
