can't call from e100

I use spv e100 for 4 month, sometimes I can't make a call from my spv. The signal was full, but when I call it play short tood-tood-tood sound and stop calling. I though it was due to some sort of network problem, but when I put my sim in siemens mobile phone I can make a call normally. So I put another sim from different network provider in my spv and I still can't call. So now i'm quite sure that it's my spv that has a problem. Does anyone know what went wrong and how can i fix it. java script:emoticon(':?')

BTW: I tried turn it of and on for a couple of times but it still doesn't work. Sometimes this problem was gone without having to do anything (or I did but I just don't know).

This short tood-tood-tood can be caused by swapping to line2 in error. Next time it happens check which number (1 or 2) is displayed next to the battery indicator.

You can swap lines by holding down the # key or in Settings-Telephony-Call Options.
