Guest Dr Who Posted July 29, 2004 Report Posted July 29, 2004 Price seems to be coming down - I am sure I saw this a while ago but it was like £10. Anyone know if the C500 equipped with a 2.5mm as well - I am assuming it is, unless it has a 'pop-port' (chortle).
Guest Simon Desser Posted July 29, 2004 Report Posted July 29, 2004 I reckon this is the best one, and the price isn't bad too :P http://www.expansys.com/product.asp?code=109747
Guest hotphil Posted July 29, 2004 Report Posted July 29, 2004 The first one's pretty neat, but a warning to MPx200 owners - it's listed as being SPV compatible and if I recall correctly, MPx200's have different pin-outs i.e. these adaptors won't work for us :P
Guest Dr Who Posted July 29, 2004 Report Posted July 29, 2004 Good work Simon Desser. Payday tomorrow so I will be buying one of these.
Guest sparkisgti Posted July 30, 2004 Report Posted July 30, 2004 I reckon this is the best one, and the price isn't bad too :P http://www.expansys.com/product.asp?code=109747 dammmm id been lookin on expansys and couldnt find one.. didnt think to look under pocket pc

Guest squall Posted July 31, 2004 Report Posted July 31, 2004 hmmm i checked and they didnt have any. maybe what i get for only lookingat the discount table :/
Guest idavid Posted July 31, 2004 Report Posted July 31, 2004 go to www.maplin.co.uk and enter code: RW08J its 79pence.
Guest Pixeled Posted July 31, 2004 Report Posted July 31, 2004 idavid; the serial number you posted (RW08J) links to a 2.5->3.5mm mono jacket if i am not mistaking :P the serial number FA94C refers to a 2.5->3.5mm stereo jacket. They cost thesame so they might both be stereo, but you never know!
Guest Pigo Posted July 31, 2004 Report Posted July 31, 2004 I got mine at a local electronics store. Pigo
Guest zeta101 Posted July 31, 2004 Report Posted July 31, 2004 pigo, you should be careful with that adapter, because it sticks out so much you might end up damaging the socket on your phone if you knock the plug hard enough by accident.
Guest Pigo Posted July 31, 2004 Report Posted July 31, 2004 I know. but I hardly ever use it. Don't have to travel by bus anymore (woohoo) it sucks anyway. I have a MPx200 and only one earbud works :P
Guest squall Posted August 1, 2004 Report Posted August 1, 2004 im going to make a mini sound station so a straight pin does me fine, 90 degree ones are far better for general use.
Guest Pigo Posted August 1, 2004 Report Posted August 1, 2004 I've hooked it up to a amplifier before. the sounds isn't great.... acctually it's horrible!!!! but great if your using the speaker of your phone. Pigo
Guest squall Posted August 1, 2004 Report Posted August 1, 2004 i may try filter out some noise... would be a cool toy to show off Posted from my SmartPhone!
Guest Simon Desser Posted August 9, 2004 Report Posted August 9, 2004 I've hooked it up to a amplifier before. the sounds isn't great.... acctually it's horrible!!!! Pigo I regularly use my E200 (and P900) to play back songs we've recorded in our "Home Studio" :P The sound is absolutely fine 8)phones in the mix.jpgE200 in the mix.jpg
Guest Monolithix [MVP] Posted August 9, 2004 Report Posted August 9, 2004 Simon: I want your house (or at least that room) :P
Guest Pigo Posted August 11, 2004 Report Posted August 11, 2004 I've put the phone on a car amplifier. and that works good but the sound is just a bit unclear for me. but I'll try a regular amp soon and I'll let you know. Pigo
