[NEED HELP] Refresh Data in a Plugin

Hi,

I'm currently developping a sample plugin and I need to "refresh" the plugin when data changes (ie : battery percent).

Edit : To refresh automaticaly, of course !

I found "PE_TIMER" but I don't know how to use it (it's seems I use SetTimerShot(handle_pugin,time_millisecond)

But, with a timer, there is pb for battery life, no ? is there another way ?
