Recently, I have noticed that Orange seem to have altered their automatic answering system. I often want to check my remaining minutes, so I set up a Directory entry to dial 150 and being lazy, I added a "pause 1" so that it automatically goes to the Minutes left service .(Yes I know that this service is pretty crap, but it's the best they can offer). Of late, the pause has not been recognised and I have had to do a "pause pause" to get sufficient gap for their system to pick up the following 1. The same appllies to any of the choices, not just 1, such as "Speaking to a Customer Services Rep". On subsequent multiple choice menus, the same applies as well. OK........It's not earth shattering , but it's the silly season and I wondered if any of you have suffered the same.
