help me with my imate smartphone

i have i mate smartphone 2002 and i have made up grad for it and suddenly my imate doesn't work when i open it tells first :press any key to enter boat louder and after that the canary screen appears v1.07.4m and i have done like what you said so when try to do up grade it broceeds with upgrading and after 1 manit it tells that :ERROR 104 :can't open rom image file please help :oops:

you can run the update from the canary screen. simply insert phone into cradle and run file.

if that doesnt work try doing a hard reset - click on the words hard reset for details.

Its easy enough todo, all you have to do is hold action key when the phone says press any key to enter boot loader. you must have an sd card in the phone.
