The Norton one caused issues on my girlfriends PC, was a bit tempermental on jscript onclick popups. The SP2 one is as good as any other and doesnt require you to install any more software (personally i hate the yahoo/msn/google IE toolbars).

Avant Browsers in-built. Plus, just LOVE tabbed browsing!

EDIT: And to pick up on the bit below, Avant ALSO has an Ad-Blocker. And its skinnable. And its pop-up blocker is intelligent. But getting ad-blocker is easy, just edit your HOSTS file like here: http://www.mvps.org/winhelp2002/hosts.htm

while i've previously used the SP2 and google popup blockers, i find the firefox web-browser to be the best at it :P

then go and install the 'adblock' plugin for it and filter out banner adverts from webpages too :)

I also like the one built into XP SP2, but I used to use MSN
