Guest rrollins5 Posted August 1, 2004 Report Posted August 1, 2004 I need a little advice if anyone can help. I have a Samsung I600 that was working fine with XP Home. I have recently installed Professional. Since then I can sync fine but cant explore any of my mobile devices. I go into Windows explorer and click on mobile devices and get nothing. I have already installed all windows updates and am running activesync 3.7.1 Anyone have any suggestions.

Guest rrollins5 Posted August 2, 2004 Report Posted August 2, 2004 I have already tried deleting the connection and reinstalling. I even uninstalled Activesync and reinstalled it. I have the firewall turned off in XP and am using zonealarm. I checked all my settings there but didn't see anything that looked like it might be stopping me.
