WM2003 and editing "Start' button

Hi guys

Before I break my menu system, what is the correct approach to editing the "Start" menu in WM2003? I don't see any XML files in the Windows dir directly on the ROM, so I'm not sure how to go about this. I have some smallish apps that I dumped directly in the Windows directory (not on IPSM) and I would like to add links to the "Accessories" folder in the "Start" menu.

First off, move your programs form windows to either storage windows or somewhere else where they won't be deleted after a restart. Then use file manager to create a shortcut to each program, the shortcuts should be created in StoragewindowsStart MenuAccessories (you can create a folder such as "My Apps" instead of Accessories if you like) To see the programs in the start menu restart your phone.
