e200 not recording anything on 256mb sd card

hi

i bought this kingston technology 256mb sd memory card and e200 is not recording anything on it, when i take pics on camera and save it 2 card it says invalid dictory....and can't copy anything in memory card through pc...says card not formated/not valid path...

so i bought usb sd/mmc card reader and now i tranfer files from card reader to sd card and put it in e200 and it reads files..but can't modify/delete anything...

any ideas whyyyy???

I have also experienced problems whilst recording things, or taking pictures and storing them on the SD card. Its a known issue with E200's and SD cards (I think) I found that if you take the card out and put it back in then it works fine, but times out again after a while, so its quite annoying.

If you need to format the card then you can download Binarys SP Task Manager (found here http://www.binarys.com/smartphone/taskmanager_en.asp) and using the file > format SD/MMC card option. Hope this helps.
