Can anyone help me unlock a motorolla MPX 200. I tried doing this through the Alphaflux software but I don't think I did this the right way.

Can anyone give me precise directions on how to run this application?

I've tried this a lot of times. I reach the screen where it says "Your handset has had its certificate security disabled" but nothing actually happens from there since my lock is still running and I can't put simcards of other networks in my handset.

What am I doing wrong???

 i've got the same problem, because the phone is a newer mpx200 the .cab file method doesn't work!!

i also tried the OTA method many, many times and nothing happens.

I think that the sim unlock method will unlock the phone for other network sims + its expensive!

I can someone please help us on this subject as its really annoying me - should have stuck with my old SPV!!! :x

skinheadjc what are you trying to do? application unlock or SIM unlock?

The OTA method is the only way to application unlock and the SIM unlocking site http://www.imei-check.co.uk/

is the most reliable place to get your phone SIM unlocked to use the phone on other networks.

I'm tring to an application unlock (to a new MPX200)......

I follow the instructions on the OTA link to orange's developers site and fill in the promts exactly, as i had done previously with my old spv, but get nothing on my phone by the end. i spent about 10mins on the internet this am and also have registered using the orange register program so i know its not a problem with connection. Its just that orange wont update the phone.

Incidently i did a hard reset on the old spv as i was giving it to a mate - filled in the promts and managed to application unlock it no probs.

i've tried twice today and i have given it a go about 6 other times in the last couple of weeks.

any ideas.

(i know i'm filling it all in right)

Best thing is to contact the developers team by email, they can send you a little app to unlock your phone that is unique to your phone's imei number.

When contacting them make sure you say what your IMEI, phone Number

and Make of phone is.

Took about a week for them to reply to my e-mail.

They gave me an app. which i installed on my phone, took a while to find it though, it got put in accessories on the start menu.

Phone works fine so far
