You need to buy Sprite Backup from here :

I don't think there is any other way to do it.

Do you use the IA Caller ID application ? Perhaps you could just copy the folder IPSM (or Storage) My Documents IA Caller ID Photos and keep it on your PC.

I haven't tried this, but it might work :P
